Claiming Credit / Attendance
Working on your schedule!

Our online application allows attendees to claim credit on their schedule.
Please use the Credit Tracking Form received during or after your event, to calculate the number of credits to claim online.

Detailed Instructions for New Users:

STEP #1: Update Your Profile:

It is essential that your information is current and correct in our new system. Please do so by completing the following steps.
  1. Click the following link to create a new profile or update your existing one: http://cmetracker.net/UTMB/Login?formname=RegLoginProfile

  2. When your profile is complete, click the Continue button.

  3. You will be directed to the Activity Catalog page. Close this page by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner, then proceed to STEP #2.

STEP #2: Sign in

  1. Click the following URL or copy to your browser: https://cmetracker.net/UTMB/Login?FormName=getCertificate.
  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Enter the CME Code you received for this event on line 3.

  4. Click the Sign In button.

STEP #3: Complete the Evaluation and Claim Credit

  1. Complete the online activity Evaluation and click Submit.

    NOTE: If you receive the Security Warning below, please click Continue:

  2. Follow the instructions for entering the number of credits you are claiming. Please use your Credit Tracking form to determine the number of credits to claim.
    • The number next to the credit type is the maximum number of credits available to claim. Example: If you attended 1 hour, please type 1.00, for less than one hour, type 0.75, etc.
    • MDs and DOs: DO NOT CLAIM ATTENDANCE - Please claim the AMA PRA Category 1 and/or Ethics credit types.
    • All other Health Care Professionals: please claim the Attendance and/or Ethics credit types.

  3. Click Continue.

STEP #3: Complete the Evaluation and Claim Credit

  1. Complete the online activity Evaluation and click Submit. This will direct you to the page where you will indicate the number of credits you are claiming.
  2. Follow the instructions for entering the number of credits you are claiming. Please use your Credit Tracking form to determine the number of credits to claim.
