The Sealy Center for Vaccine Development at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, in conjunction with the James W. McLaughlin Symposia in Infection an Immunity, is proud to announce the third in a series of symposia centered around the theme of, The Changing Landscape of Vaccine Development. This third symposium is entitled, Vaccines for Biothreats and Emerging and Neglected Diseases.
We hope you will join us November 10-12, 2009 at the Moody Gardens Convention Center for this comprehensive, thought provoking symposium on vaccine development and implementation as it relates to national and global health issues. With a broad focus on the progression of vaccine development from the bench to the bedside to the global community, this symposium will bring together experts from the fields of immunology, pathogenesis, adjuvant systems, preclinical development, clinical trials, epidemiology, risk assessment, governmental regulation, and vaccine acceptance.
