Creating a membership account with UTcme is free and takes only a few minutes. Member benefits include:
  • Convenient and expeditious online registration for conferences and other live educational activities. Simply login, select the activity, and complete the registration form.
  • Online payment of course registration fees from a secure web site. Registration fee receipts can be printed for your records.
  • Optional email notifications of upcoming continuing education activities offered by UTcme.
  • Waiver of processing fee for first AMA PRA category 1 credit earned from UTcme’s online library of CME courses.
  • Electronic retrieval and printing of continuing education certificates awarded for attendance at UTcme activities.
UTcme respects your privacy. All personally identifiable information is stored in a secure server under password protection and will not be shared with third parties.

Working on your schedule!

Our online application allows attendees to claim credit on their schedule.

Please use the Credit Tracking Form received during or after your event, to calculate the number of credits to claim online.

STEP #1: Update Your Profile:

It is essential that your information is current and correct in our new system. Please do so by completing the following steps.
  1. Click the following link to create a new profile or update your existing one: http://cmetracker.net/UTMB/Login?formname=RegLoginProfile
  2. When your profile is complete, click the Continue button.
  3. You will be directed to the Activity Catalog page. Close this page by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner, then proceed to STEP #2.

STEP #2: Sign in

  1. Click the following URL or copy to your browser: https://cmetracker.net/UTMB/Login?FormName=getCertificate.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Enter the CME Code you received for this event on line 3.
  4. Click the Sign In button.

STEP #3: Complete the Evaluation and Claim Credit

  1. Complete the online activity evaluation and click Submit. This will direct you to the page where you will indicate the number of credits you are claiming.
  2. Follow the instructions for entering the number of credits you are claiming. Please note:
    • The number next to the credit type is the maximum number of credits available to claim.
    • All Participants: claim “Ethics” credit, if applicable.
    • MDs and DOs: please use the “AMA PRA Category 1” credit type.
    • Nurses and Other professionals: please use the “Attendance” credit type.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Click Display Certificate.
  5. Print your certificate.
